Planned essential maintenance

The programme manager is undertaking planned essential maintenance so you can keep enjoying efficient service.

Unfortunately, some services will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday 5th November and Wednesday 6th November.

You’ll still be able to use your card for spending and withdrawing cash from ATMs. Make sure you have enough funds on your card and top up, if necessary, before Friday 1st November.

You’ll still be able to:

  • Use your Travelex Money Card to shop in-store, online or over the phone
  • Withdraw cash from ATMs - Some customers may experience intermittent ATM withdrawal issues on Sunday 29th September for up to 1 hour.
  • Ask for a PIN reminder online or by calling Mastercard Card Services call centre
  • Report your Travelex Money Card as lost/stolen via the Mastercard Card Services call centre
  • View your balance and recent transactions via the website or app

Services that’ll be temporarily unavailable:

  • Reload or cashout your Travelex Money Card
  • Activate a new or replacement Travelex Money Card
  • Transfer funds between your currency wallets
  • Freeze or unfreeze your Travelex Money Card via website or app
  • Set or change your PIN
  • Cash orders will not be affected online or in store
  • You will not be able to order a new Travelex Money Card online or in store during this time
  • Delivery and collection of new cards ordered before this time might be affected, please check delivery and collection dates when you order
  • You will not be able to collect Travelex Money Card orders from a Travelex store on Saturday 28th September and Sunday 29th September
